Day 1
From Hanoi, a private car will take you on a scenic journey to Cao Bang, covering approximately 300 km (6-7 hours). Along the way, there will be stops for rest, meals, and the chance to capture spontaneous photos of the stunning landscapes and vibrant local life.
Your destination is Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the most breathtaking waterfalls in Vietnam. Arriving in the late afternoon, you'll have the perfect opportunity to photograph the mesmerizing sunset as the golden light cascades over the waterfall, creating an unforgettable scene.
You'll relax and unwind in the evening at a nearby standard hotel, ready for more adventures the following day. This journey promises stunning photography opportunities and an immersive experience of northern Vietnam's natural beauty.

A Day of Immersive Photography in Trùng Khánh, Cao Bằng
Begin your day by capturing the enchanting sunrise in Phong Nậm Commune. A mesmerizing landscape of intertwined mountains, lush rice fields, and the winding Côn River unfolds before your lens. In the afternoon, continue your journey to Ngọc Côn Commune, another stunning regional destination. Day 4
Depart early from Trùng Khánh, Cao Bằng, and embark on a scenic journey to Hà Giang, home to the majestic Dong Van Karst Plateau, recognized by UNESCO as a Global Geopark. The drive covers approximately 300 km (7-8 hours). It takes you through ever-changing landscapes, offering countless opportunities to stop, rest, and capture the stunning contrasts between Cao Bằng's lush greenery and Hà Giang's rugged beauty.
One of the day's highlights is the iconic Mã Pia pass, famously known as the 14-Tier Switchback. This winding mountain road resembles a giant spring and promises awe-inspiring views at every turn.
As the day draws closer, you'll arrive at the legendary Mã Pì Lèng Pass, one of Vietnam's "Four Great Passes." Here, photograph the magical sunset from the summit, with the emerald Nho Quế River snaking through the canyon below, framed by dramatic clouds, misty peaks, and serene waters.

Leaving the ancient town of Đồng Văn, you’ll journey to the iconic Lũng Cú Flagpole, Vietnam’s northernmost point, symbolizing national pride. Along the way, enjoy photographing the scenic Ma Lé Village, home to the Hmong people, known for their traditional houses and unique cultural lifestyle. The journey spans 30 km (approximately one hour), offering breathtaking mountain vistas.
In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the vibrant life of Lo Lo Chai Village, home to the Lo Lo ethnic group. Capture the striking beauty of their colorful traditional costumes and daily activities, set against the stunning backdrop of Hà Giang's rugged landscape. Sunrise at Lũng Cú and Cultural Exploration in Đồng Văn

On this final day of your journey, we depart early to visit Lùng Tám Village, renowned for its vibrant textiles and traditional craftsmanship. Here, you'll have the rare opportunity to photograph the Hmong people weaving brocade fabric entirely by hand, using conventional flax materials. Witness the intricate artistry of hand-drawn patterns created by seasoned artisans whose fingers bear the marks of their lifelong dedication.
